I have linked some recipes if you wish to try any of these recipes, but feel free to do your own research and experiment to find the recipe that works for you and your family. These are just my favorites that I have been delicious additions to my repertoire of family meals.

  • Bread Pudding – Cover bread cubes in melted butter, milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla, then bake for a simple yet comforting dessert.

  • Croutons – Cube your bread, then toss with oil and seasonings. Roast until crisp for the perfect croutons for soups, stews and salads.


Cooked Rice

  • Fried Rice: Sauté some veggies and garlic, then throw in your cooked rice. Season it with some of your favorite seasonings and soy sauce.

  • Stuffed Peppers: Stuff some hollow bell peppers with cooked rice and a mouthwatering gravy of ground beef, onion, cheese, spices and tomato sauce. Bake for the perfect savory dish.


  • Rice Pudding - Cook rice, milk, sugar and salt together, then stir it in egg and raisins for an indulgent and creamy dessert.


Uncooked Rice

Pasta

Uncooked pasta

Potatoes

Yogurt
